First, open the velcro on both ends of the Headband. Then, secure one ear loop of the mask with the velcro and put the loop around your ear. Wrap the Headband around the back of your head/neck and attach the other ear loop with the velcro. Adjust the mask and strap until both are resting comfortably and securely.
