COVID-19 Updates

From the beginning, OURA has been focused on making the world a cleaner, healthier place. With our rapidly changing environment, we want you to know that we’re here for you and we will continue to share the steps we’re taking to help you feel safer during this time. 

We are doing everything that we can to manufacture, pack, and ship our products in a timely manner. We have increased our production and our teams are working around the clock to support the spike in demand for our products. 

We are committed to the health and safety of our customers and employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have taken preventative measures to better protect our employees and customers. Here are some of the changes and updates to our policies. 

Fulfillment & Shipping

Our manufacturing facility and fulfillment center in California will remain open. Due to a large increase in demand, we are experiencing some delays in processing orders. Please allow us 1-4 business days to fulfill your orders. This does not include the shipping times. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

While our shipping partners are remaining operational until further notice, some delays may occur with packages in transit. We appreciate your patience in any shipping delays as some hub facilities throughout the country may be more impacted by the virus than others. 

Our Team 

We have implemented social distancing protocols at all of our facilities, increased the number of cleaning shifts and are offering employees masks and gloves to wear upon request. Those who are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone with the coronavirus have been instructed to stay home. 

A large portion of our staff are working from home as we are encouraging all nonessential employees to remain offsite.  As of today, we are thankful to report that no OURA employee has been infected with COVID-19. We hope that you and your loved ones are safe as well. 


Your satisfaction remains a top priority for us. We want to ensure you that we are focused on providing a smooth customer experience for you. With a spike in demand for our products and many of our staff working remotely, response times are slightly delayed. Thank you for your patience as our teams work to address all of your inquiries.
